Chateau Nordkirchen - Fotoshooting

Last Sunday, I vistited the Chateau Nordkirchen near Münster with my friends Ami and Loopy. We wanted to do a foto shooting. The chateau is really beautiful and a perfect location, but you could only visit the inside with a guided tour, and we didn't wanted to do this because they are often boring ^^'''

I wore my Tales of the Wood JSK for the last time, now it is sold... I need the money for a new dress but I'm still a bit sad about selling it ^^'''

1. Do you have a favorite author?

I only read a very few books in my life, so it doesn't really count when I call an author as my favorite one xD But my favorite book series is from Lemony Snicket a.k.a. Daniel Handler ^^

 

2. Do you read mangas? If yes which ones? If no why not?

I only read a single one in my whole life, I'm just not interested in this kind of books. I also don't like comics except The Simpsons.

3. Did you ever cry because of a movie? Which one was it?

I think yes but I could never admit it xD In general I rarely watch movies, but I watch a lot of TV series and from time to time I have to cry at dramatic scenes ^^'''

 

4. Do you collect anything?

Even if it is not my normal taste of music, I love the David Guetta shit for partys xD

Leggins, because people wear them as tights but forgot they are pants!

In general I love enamel shoes, because they look more elegant. And I prefer flat shoes, because my feet are hurting all the time -.-

I think the Frankfurter Buchmesse (bookfair)

To the "Eisheilge Nacht", where two of my favourite bands played - Subway to Sally and Fiddlers Green

Sweet Harajuku Day Düsseldorf

On Saturday I went to the Sweet Harajuku Day, a meet-up for all sweet japanese styles like Decora, Fairy Kei or Sweet Lolita. I was really happy that someone organized this kind of meet-up, because the only meet-ups we have are for Lolita fashion, so there was no good opportunity to wear other fashion styles until now ^^
I decided to wear Hime for the first time. I wanted to do it for a long time, but I never come around because with my real hair I just can't do a Hime hairstyle. Finally I managed to cut an old wig into a Hime half wig! I'm pretty satisfied with my outfit, I just have to work on better make up and nails.

Because of my work, I couldn't stay so long at the meet-up, so I met Ami 2 hours earlier to take pictures at the Südpark. After this we drove back to the central station to attend the meet-up. I just had enough time to take Puris with Ami and Loopy, to go to the japanese supermarket and to buy a big box of My little Ponys from my friend Asukatze xD After 1,5 hours of the meet-up I had to leave :(

During the meet-up, Ami, Loopy and me decided to do a Fairy Kei triplet! We already have an outfit idea but I will not tell you more until it is finished :-P

100 Lolita Questionnaire: 21 - 30

21. What are your hobbies?
Besides Lolita, my general hobby is classical music: I have violin lessons at the moment but I also learned flute and piano. I also like to arrange music pieces or just sitting in front of my laptop and watch music videos -  I can do this for hours. I also like crafting and watching TV series.

22. What is your favorite perfume?
Vanilla from Ives Rocher, because it smells like candy cotton for me. But in general I love all sweet perfumes xD
  
23. Do you take special care while wearing Lolita clothes?
I always try not to destroy my clothing, no matter how much they cost. But if one of my Lolita items breaks it hurts me more then normal clothing ^^'''

24. What places do you like visit wearing Lolita clothes?
Castles, parcs, gardens, pretty

25. How many times a week do you dress lolita?

In summer I wear it every weekend, but in winter only 1 day per month or even less, because I hate coldness and prefer to stay at home ^^

26. What is your Lolita story?
I discovered Lolita through the song "Rich Girl" from Gwen Stefanie - in this song she sings about Harajuku Girls and I wanted to know what this is xD It was around 2007, but I got really interested in this fashion in 2008 and started to wear it in 2010.

27. What is your current hairstyle and colour?
Shoulder length hair, side pony and my natural hair color (brown-red)

28. Tell us a funny story of you Lolita related:

In Germany you hear often the comment: "Is already carnival?" - but one time I was asked this exactly at carnival xD

29. Do you store your Lolita clothes in a special place?

Unfortunately I don't have so much space, so I only have one closet for all clothes, but my normal clothes are hanging on the left side and my Lolita clothes on the right side :D

30. Did you ever think leave Lolita? Why?

Yes I thought about it because Lolita clothes are so expensive, and because of all the haters who post to stupid communities. But I found out that the joy of Lolita is for me to create new different outfits and not to have a huge closet, and that all the haters are nearly only existing online, since I met soo many lovely girls through Lolita!

Animagic 2012

From Friday to Sunday I visited the Animagic in my hometown! This year I was an official helper of the Dunkelsüß booth. For all people who don't know Dunkelsüß: It's our german Lolita online community, and since last year we have our own Lolita tent, where some Lolitas sell their handmade stuff :D The labels were Merry Me, Sweet Sakura, L'ame Lazuli, V.arock, Ribbonlicious and Gina Wetzel.

The whole weekend I was just helping, shopping and talking to friends, not so much to write so I put all days in one post ^_^

On Friday the convention started around 13 pm. It was sooo hot that day but I still have worn Lolita, because I just can't go without Lolita to a convention. But I wasn't the only crazy person who wore way too warm clothes that day xD

Saturday started for me at 9 am. On this day were the Lolita fashion show and the Lolita panel. I was a model for the fashion show ^_^ Both events were well attended! I was especially surprised by some boys, who definitly came on their own and not because their girlfriend forced them xD

For the fashion show, I wore a straw hat and a straw basket to present the Country stlye ^_^


On Sunday my day also started at 9 am. On this day I did more or less the same like the other days.
