Chocolate Meet-up

Hello!

Only a short post about our Chocolate Meet-up yesterday. We went to the chocolate museum in Cologne and nearly everyone was dressed in chocolate-themed outfits! Sadly we were always in a rush so that we didn't take a group picture T___T

I only have pictures of me and my Little Bears Café twins :)

The museum was ok. I was there a few times already but the last time was several years ago. In my memory it was bigger and more interesting. We rushed through the museum in less then 1 hour. Afterwards we wanted to go to the café. But the cake was really expensive, around 4€ for a slice and 4€ for a hot chocolate. So I ordered an espresso but I forgot that espresso is suuuuper small xD. So I paid 2,40€ for 1 sip of coffee xD.

Then we went to a japanese restaurant. I couldn't decide if I should order Karaage (fried chicken) or a Crunchy Roll (fried sushi rolls). I finally chose Karaage, and when we finished eating, the waitress gave us free Crunchy Rolls for testing. What a coincidence ^_^

#Selfie

Hello cuties~ ♪♫

Recently I tested some picture decoration apps. I like the idea that with 1 click, you can turn yourself into a pretty princess ~(*_*)~♥

I rarely take any selfies because my iPod camera has not a high resolution, but I figured out that the apps can solve that problem, so I started to edit some of my selfies.

I just want to show you them for fun :) I know some of them might me too much edited, it looked better on my device then it actually looks on my computer xD

I used "PhotoWonder" to edit my skin, eyes etc.; "PuriCute" and "Shibuya Cam" to add decoration. What apps do you use?

Barbie Meet-up

On Saturday I went to a Meet-up in Siegburg, which was organized by my friend Loopy. The theme was Barbie, because we went to a small Barbie exhibition at the local museum. A private collector (who is in the Guinnes Book Of World Records for having the largest Barbie collection on earth) lended the museum a few pieces. And with few, I mean literally few, because when we entered, there were a total of 2 shelves with Barbies.... we were quite disappointed, but the musem's entry fee was only 1€, so it was acceptable.

I love music instruments, so I loved this Barbies too!

After this, we climbed a hill to take pictures. It was quite exhausting going up there, and then we had to realize that there was a construction side, so we couldn't enter the garden >_< But we still found a small spot for taking pictures! The boyfriend of Loopy took some pictures of us :)

Like you can see, I haven't worn a Lolita outfit, because I thought this outfit fits perfectly to Barbie, so I wanted to wear this instead of Lolita!

Then we were really hungry and entered the cafe which Loopy reserved for us. I ordered my favourite cake, clementine cream cake. We had a lot of fun talking with each other :)

Crazy photoshoot for "Shades of Wonderland" book

Hello my dear readers!

Most german Lolitas already know the book "Shades of Wonderland". It's a huge book full of Lolita pictures, and it was created by a german Lolita. I'm also in the book with one picture *whoop whoop* xD

But I don't write this post only to tell you this xD. I want to show you a picture I did with my friends several weeks ago. In the book we all wear really crazy make-up, and many don't recognize us, or at least not my friends. I'm quite easy to recognize because I didn't wore contact lenses or a wig, but my friends look really different!!

This photoshoot was over one year ago but I never showed you the pictures because they should be kept in secret until the book is released. The photographer was Kiharo aka Felix Berner, and the make up artist was Kami Zero. Kami also did my glorious hairstyle *___* I tried several times to make it myself again but I failed >_< He did it with a streightening iron and hairspray but I don't know HOW xD

Well please don't judge the beauty of my make-up, the point of the photoshoot was not to look "beautiful", but to show something different and new.

Lolita in "Shopping Queen"

Some weeks ago I wrote about a little picknick we had for the TV show "Shopping Queen". Finally the episodes with my friend Nadine are released and our small picknick is also shown! =^.^=

I think the other girls of the episode behaved ok when they looked at Nadine's closet. Of course they thought that her dresses were crazy and costumes, but 'normal' dressed people just can't understand why you would wear such clothes and not everyone has to like Lolita, so their reaction was okay for me. 

But I was really surprised by the reaction of Guido Maria Kretschmer. He made really nasty comments and from a famous designer I would expect more acceptance for different fashion styles and I think, every desinger should know the fashion of Tokyo, since this is the place were worldwide fashion trends are created?!

Castles & Princesses or better: the most chaotic meet-up ever?

Hello! This will be a text-only entry about our Castles & Princesses Lolita meet-up. You can still read it if you want xD.

Yesterday was the Castles & Princesses Lolita meet-up. For me it was the most chaotic meet-up ever xD. I organized it myself with my friend Ami, so I'm allowed to say this xD.

1-2 weeks before the meet-up we asked everyone to give a second confirmation if they will really come to the meet-up. Usually, when 30 people register for a meet-up, only 10-15 people come. But this time, 55 people came out of nowhere xD. So we had big trouble finding a restaurant. After calling several restaurants + cafés, I finally found one which is ALWAYS empty in the afternoon. But however, 2 hours after I reserved for 55 people and was happy that I found a place for us, the boss of the restaurant called again and told me that we are too many people he has to cancel our reservation.
Ok, then everyone would have to split up in small groups and restaurants and find something on their own.

Then, we wanted to reserve a guided tour for the castle we were visting (Schloss Benrath - the castle every Lolita takes pictures with but never actually see it from the inside xD). But we would have to pay a high extra-fee if we book a tour just for us, so we also had to cancel this and everyone had to buy a ticket online to make sure, we can go in one group.

And then was the day of the meet-up... and I totally overslept xD. Like really, I often oversleep but I always make it in time to the meet-up. But yesterday I only woke up because a friend wrote me a SMS were I was sitting in the train, so we could travel together xD. Of course I couldn't catch that train, so within 5 minutes (no lie xD) I jumped out of my bed, put on some pants (Lolita would have needed too much time dressing up) and run to the next train! Yes I joined the meet-up in normal clothes, shame on me >_<

But then finally we could make the tour through the castle and I have to say it was fanstastic!!! Our guide was very well-informed and I learnt so much. Because some 100 years ago, you didn't just built a castle. Everything you build has a special meaning, even the color of the castle, the shape of a room or the animals used for decoration.

After this, all of us were really hungry and we soon splitted up to go to different cafés. We sadly forgot to tell everyone a certain time or place to meet after the tour, so we couldn't take a group picture and I couldn't even say hello to all people who joined the meet-up. Also, from 55 people, only 30 people came... yeah... and the café inside the castle would even had enough space for all of us! But since everyone was splitted up (and everyone I called didn't answered their phone T_T) we ended up being only 4 people in the café. Later, a few other Lolitas also joined us.

But basically that was my chaotic meet-up xD. I still had a great day and I hope everyone else too.

Japan Day 2014

I realized that I didn't post the pictures of Japan Day which was already in May! I have worn my new Sugar Pansy JSK and because I didn't have worn it since then again, I just want to show you my outfit :)

When I look at the pictures I think my outfit looks really pretty xD. I have totally forgotten how it looked. But this year I had no luck with my shoes again!!! Last year on Japan Day, my shoes completely broke, and this year I had the same problem! A few minutes after we took the pictures, my shoes broke and I had to go to a store to buy new ones T_T. I decorated them myself and created them especially for that outfit T_T.
